LIFT Leadership Summit 2024

In July 2023, six members of staff were selected to partake in the prestigious LIFT Leadership Programme.  This programme entailed a precise educational journey, but also a readiness to embrace leadership roles with enhanced skills and confidence gained.

 

Graduates gained valuable insights into effective leadership strategies, including various networking sessions with their trusted advisors.  Throughout the year the trusted advisors offered guidance, support, and diverse perspectives, which are crucial for informed decision making and strategic planning as leaders.

Congratulations to our first six LIFT Leadership graduates.

The programme concluded in June 2024, with the Lift Leadership Summit taking place on 10 July. The six leaders shared their journey with their trusted advisors and directors, and were awarded their certificates of completion.

Graduating from the LIFT Leadership program is a significant milestone, marking a pivotal moment in professional and personal development.

Success in such a program often involves meticulous training, hands-on experience, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.  Their success in the program reflects a readiness to tackle new challenges, influence positive outcomes, and contribute to organizational growth.

Overall, completing a leadership program signifies a commitment to continuous improvement and a readiness to assume greater responsibilities. It highlights an individual’s potential to lead effectively, foster meaningful change, and leverage the support of trusted advisors to achieve strategic goals and drive success in their professional journey.
